Apprentice Business Administrator

You will be primarily reporting into and working alongside the recruitment team and supporting other departments and the wider business as required. Your main duties will be to assist with daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the team and the business as a whole.

Your main duties and responsibilities will consist of:

  • Receive and redirect all incoming phone calls / visitors to reception
  • Assisting the project teams with daily tasks to ensure all allocated accounts are fully resourced and projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction
  • Making pre-calls to clients / workers and project validation
  • Supporting the Scheduling Managers with the journey planning of field-based personnel – liaising with installers and merchandisers and coordinating their accommodation / transport requirements for projects
  • Assisting with the processing of timesheets and dealing with any queries that follow
  • Assisting the retail operations team with recruitment tasks for the business
  • Assessing applicants on the Recruitment system
  • Pre-screening candidates via the telephone
  • Supporting the team to arrange interviews
  • Ensuring all information on the recruitment / EMS systems are up to date and accurate
  • General team administration duties such as sorting the post, filing and logging paperwork, sending out paperwork, photocopying and printing various documents etc.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

  • Salary: £10,725.00 - £12,675.00 annual wage
