Apprentice Catering / Hospitality Assistant

Based in one of our Taste for Life cafes, this is an excellent introduction into the busy catering world. You will learn food preparation and gain an insight into the hospitality industry. Our cafes are the community hub of our centres, giving you an opportunity to develop customer service knowledge and skills, whilst being part of a friendly team.

Working as One

  • Act as an Ambassador of Taste for Life, Everybody and the apprenticeship scheme either in daily duties or while supporting events
  • Work as part of the team to ensure consistent high standards at all times, making suggestions for improvements and identifying any issues
  • Organise your own work and collaboratively work with colleagues to ensure all work requirements are completed on time and correctly

  • Be able to work independently delivering high standards of work
  • Using the point of sale system to process financial transactions accurately

  • Hours: 37 per week working a shift rota to include evenings and weekends
  • Salary: £10,128.00 - £14,468.00 anual wage
