Depending on your experience you will be progressively given more advanced duties and responsibilities over time in line with your competency.
Your duties will include:
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Reconciling accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Talking to customers and suppliers via email and phone resolving issues
- Offering excellent customer services internally and externally
- Filing and administration
- Online banking
- Paying suppliers
- Accounting and administration related duties as required
You will utilise SAGE 50, Excel and other software. To be successful in the role all you need an aptitude for numbers and maths, a good sense of humour and be hard working.
