1st line technical troubleshooting on a range of Broadband services and Cloud based products, whilst supporting the Provisioning team with orders.
- Provide 1st line technical support, which includes taking queries via telephone, e-mail and the support ticket queue, and then following these queries through to resolution or escalating them where necessary.
- Advise customers of best practices relating to certain products and technical requirements.
- Co-ordinate engineer visits with supplier and customer where required.
- Liaise with customer and supplier regarding hardware issues / returns.
- Support the Provisioning team by processing orders accurately.
