Business Administration Apprentice

Duties include:

  • Work closely with the Office Manager and Personal Assistant to ensure smooth running of the back-office
  • Assisting colleagues in times of need when urgent tasks are required to be undertaken and prioritising workload accordingly
  • Preparation and submission of work and saving copies onto the system
  • Meeting and greeting clients prior to meetings
  • Creating accounts/creating and updating CRM records
  • Managing business pipeline – also requesting updates on outstanding tasks from providers
  • Liaising with internal providers to speed up the process of tasks issuing
  • Keeping clients up to date on client file and logging onto system
  • Updating client information on the CRM system
  • Telephone coverage, handling calls in a professional manner, answering clients’ queries where possible, passing on detailed telephone messages in a timely manner
  • Processing projects on critical paths, checking pipeline to ensure requests have been processed
  • Matching correspondence with clients
  • Location: Stockport, SK1 3GB
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Salary: £9,379.50 Annual wage
