Duties will include:
- Phone contact with customers, answering queries and responding in a timely manner
- Sales Order Processing
- Customer contact
- Mail merges
- Filing
- Handling customer requests
- Handling customer complaints
- Website maintenance
- Social Media updates and interactions
- Other Sales, Marketing, Financial and Administrative duties as required
- Handling phone and email requests for both internal and client meeting and events promptly and inputting these accurately on the room booking system.
- Handling and reviewing queries regarding future and historical bookings via room booking system.
- Booking Audio Visual, Catering and room set ups requirements and ensuring any special instructions regarding visitors, access to rooms and conflicting parties’ information is communicated accordingly to operational teams.
