Business Administration Apprentice

Duties will include:

  • Email
  • Phone contact with customers, answering queries and responding in a timely manner
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Customer contact
  • Mail merges
  • Filing
  • Handling customer requests
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Website maintenance
  • Social Media updates and interactions
  • Other Sales, Marketing, Financial and Administrative duties as required
  • Handling phone and email requests for both internal and client meeting and events promptly and inputting these accurately on the room booking system.
  • Handling and reviewing queries regarding future and historical bookings via room booking system.
  • Booking Audio Visual, Catering and room set ups requirements and ensuring any special instructions regarding visitors, access to rooms and conflicting parties’ information is communicated accordingly to operational teams.

  • Salary: £160.00 - £224.00 weekly wage
