General administrative duties in support of our sales team.
Daily tasks will include:
- Telephone liaison with vehicle inspectors and logistics partners
- Management of data feed to logistics partners
- Checking on the finance status of vehicles and obtaining clearance from providers
- Management of vehicle collections
- Liaison with clients to obtain vehicle documentation
- Sending confirmation of purchase/sale and invoices to clients
- Tracking status of deals and updating our admin system
