As you progress through the role to become a fully-fledged claims handler you main duties will be:

  • Answering the telephone to their clients and suppliers providing top quality customer service
  • Allocating claims to File Handlers when necessary from the claims email account
  • Opening and logging the post/emails and delivering to the correct department
  • Producing reports when requested
  • Other administration duties

Any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time.
