As you progress through the role to become a fully-fledged claims handler you main duties will be:
- Answering the telephone to their clients and suppliers providing top quality customer service
- Allocating claims to File Handlers when necessary from the claims email account
- Opening and logging the post/emails and delivering to the correct department
- Producing reports when requested
- Other administration duties
Any other tasks as may be allocated from time to time.
