Duties include:
- Assisting with stock ordering from the UK and overseas
- Collate sales information / reports
- Produce contracts and invoices for customer orders
- Monitor and chase shipments / deliveries of stock and liaise with suppliers
- Editing documents – Brochures, Instruction Books and Leaflets
- Prepare paperwork, implement and maintain procedures for audits – Health & Safety – FSC – CE Marking or similar procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Directors on an ad – hoc basis as required
- Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence / emails
- Competently and professionally deal with telephone enquiries
- Writing and updating procedures
- Stationery ordering
- Collate and update staff holiday planner / spreadsheet
- Filing
- General Housekeeping – hoover – empty bins – make tea and coffee
- Faxing and scanning
- Meeting and greeting Customers and Visitors
