Case Manager Apprentice

Liaising with consultants, clients, lenders and other relevant parties during the mortgage process, helping to ensure all applications reach completion stage.

Talking to clients and lenders on the telephone about the progress of existing applications. You will be the first port of call for the clients, and it will be your responsibility to keep them up to date, while providing outstanding customer service throughout.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone lenders for updates on client applications
  • Chasing broker fees from clients via telephone, email and / or sending invoice
  • Taking payments for broker fees over the telephone, processing payment through PDQ machine and once complete sending VAT invoice with credit card receipt attached
  • Telephone solicitors for regular updates
  • Checking through all documents prior to submitting cases and ensuring information is correct and matches documents on the inhouse system
  • Requesting the relevant documents / IDs from clients to help with the process of their application Task
  • Uploading the required documents / IDs from the clients to the lender 8 Collecting post from reception and action 09 Returning confidential documents / IDs to the clients via post same day and ensuring it is sent special / recorded delivery
  • Updating inhouse register – client referral, lead system, introducer register
  • Updating estate agents on purchased cases
  • Keying in client applications from lead system
  • Location: Wigan
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00, with a 40-minute lunch break, shifts to be confirmed.
  • Salary: £200.00 weekly wage
