Customer Service Apprentice

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • To have great knowledge in our products; to be able to distinguish between user and/or system related issues
  • Provide software support for Fourth US Customers
  • Clear and concise in all communication, phone and email
  • Customer service focused
  • To handle or re-assign queries as appropriate
  • Regularly update customers on their case
  • Leader in inspiring confidence in our products
  • Achieve Service Level Agreement at all times
  • Build strong working relationships
