The role will involve working with customers and other members of the Everybody team and we will be looking for people able to provide high quality customer service during day to day operations and during busy events.
Our apprenticeship programme lasts for 2 years with an initial 12 month contract where we try and give them broad experience and training of their chosen role and the organisation. At the successful completion of the first year, they will then be offered either a second year apprenticeship, usually in a specific chosen area, or a permanent role with Everybody. Throughout their second year, apprentices will be able to apply and move to a permanent role if they become available. At the successful end to their second year all apprentices will be offered a permanent role.
All of our apprenticeships include a wide range of training and practical work experience, giving the widest possible experience of work for a busy leisure trust & large employer. Developing our people is at the core of our business and we will develop the best people with the most potential to drive our business forward. Our apprentices are brought together at least once a month to undertake training in-house to ensure that they are in the best position possible to complete their qualifications as well as Everybody specific training.
We are not necessarily looking for people with the best educational qualifications. We are primarily looking for candidates who have the right people skills, personality, flexibility and desire to work for an ambitious and forward thinking organisation.
