HR Assistant Apprentice


• Support line managers with recruitment and selection activities.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee lifecycle administration
• Maintain electronic personnel files, databases and IT systems in line with regulatory requirements including GDPR.
• Support in the provision of advice and guidance to line managers in relation to adhoc HR queries/concerns.
• Produce standardised management reports regarding working time, annual leave, and attendance.
• Provide administrative support to the P&D Manager / Senior HR Advisor with employee relations issues.
• Participate in the collation of data in response to internal or external audit requirements.
• Take responsibility for specific projects as required.
• Role model, uphold and seek opportunities to promote Hospice Care Principles at all times.
• Continuously seek to maintain and improve own level of skills and undertake learning and development as appropriate.
• Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
