Loan Processor/Customer Service Apprentice

Full training will be given for the role and we are looking for someone with good common sense and willingness to help customers. Main responsibilities:

  • To receive and take applications from numerous business sources including on-line and introducers
  • To make outbound calls and send out loan agreements in order to finalise online web generated loan enquiries for unsecured, guarantor and secured lending
  • To take inbound calls regarding brand new lending applications and requests for updates to existing applications
  • To accurately assess and complete applications ensuring that customer’s circumstances are assessed throughout the application processes to ensure that referrals are suitable to their needs
  • To liaise with other departments within the business to ensure a smooth transition for the customer
  • To be the front line of the business, and act in a professional and customer focused manner at all times
  • To ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to throughout the process and in all contact with customers, colleagues and third parties

  • Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9.00 am – 7.00 pm (2 x 30 minute breaks am/pm and 1 hour lunch) . Friday: 9.00 am - 2.00 pm (1 hour lunch).
  • Salary: £192.50 weekly wage
