This course will enable you to achieve an advanced level of spoken fluency in certain everyday situations and will help you to extend your skills in listening, reading and writing.
If you are already confident in using the present and past perfect tenses and wish to progress to using future and additional past tenses then this is the course for you!
Learners will be expected to have undertaken previous study in the language before proceeding with this course and your skills will be developed over the course duration. Please speak to the tutor to assess your level and appropriate course.
You will learn to speak and write the language, as well as understand the spoken and written language using a variety of past, present and future tenses.
Topics will include:
• Spanish culture
• Charity and voluntary work
• Healthy and unhealthy lifestyles
• The environment and environmental and social and global issues
• Holidays and travel
• Current and future study and employment
Assessment of all four skills (reading, writing, listening and Speaking) will take place informally throughout the year of study.

After completing the course you will be able to progress on to the next level of study.
You may like to bring a pad and pen should you wish to make notes.
For this course you will need to purchase a course text book. The tutor will inform you about the choice of text book during the first taught session. Some students also like to have their own foreign language dictionary.
