If you want to know how to make your very own professional pie this British classic course is perfect for you to learn some recipes and techniques which will add some flair to your dinners. If you're looking for something extra special to serve, this hands-on class under the guidance of one of our master chefs will look at classic British pub items some with a twist. You’ll learn how to perfect a number of different bakes using specific methods, including producing infused pie pastry, fillings and garnishes– essential for making a beautiful centrepiece!

This class is a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice working individually. At the end of the class, you will take home what you have made, so be sure to bring along a bag and containers to the lesson.

No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.

• How to create award winning pie pastry and filling.
• Produce professional standard garnishes

The learner can:

• Prepare and cook pie pastry and fillings
• Demonstrate use of the correct tools and equipment to prepare and cook classic roasts.
• Demonstrate safe and hygienic practices
