You'll gain insight into creating the perfect Canapes
You will engage in the teaching methods applied throughout our culinary programmes by participating in a workshop under the guidance of our chef lectures.
This class is a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice working individually. At the end of the class, you will take home what you have made, so be sure to bring along a bag and containers to the lesson.
No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
