Introduction to Microsoft Office is a progression route from Computers for Beginners or, where participants can navigate their PC/Laptop but want to improve their knowledge in creating, editing and saving documents such as CVs, job application or letters in Microsoft Word, and use Outlook to send emails and attach, and how to create basic calculations in spreadsheets to create a simple household budget or track job applications.

This course provides a practical introduction to the most commonly used Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will start by learning how to create, edit, and format documents in Word, including posters, letters, CVs, and job applications. We’ll explore useful tools such as spell check, copy and paste, and text formatting to make your documents look professional.
