This classroom based qualification is for adult learners who want to develop and extend their digital skills in their current job role or plan to pursue a career requiring IT skills. You will apply knowledge, understanding and skills to a level recognised by employers by using Microsoft 365.
Previously achieved L1 in IT skills would be preferred.
