The qualification is a full time, two year course where learners spend 3 days in college studying a diverse range of units, and 2 days in a range of childcare placements in order to develop a range of practical skills.

You will be taught by tutors that have vocational experience and fully supported on the programme with our tutorial scheme. You will attend college three days per week. The remaining two will be spent in a range of childcare placements – students will need to source their own placements. There are various study methods on this course including classroom sessions, independent study and practical work.
