Join our Chef for an immersive tapas course. Chef will guide you through crafting authentic Spanish flavours. From sizzling chorizo to succulent patatas bravas, indulge your palate and ignite your passion for Spanish cuisine.

Immerse yourself in the sunshine of Spain as our chef takes you into the culture of tapas. In this course, our chef will teach you the fun but delightful gastronomic culture with taste being at the forefront. With our fantastic chef you will experience and taste classic tapas cuisine, but also learn techniques that will work across the breadth of world cuisine.

This class is a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice, with tastings throughout. At the end of the class, you will take home what you have made.

No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.

Content of our 3-hour practical classes includes making, tasting

• Serrano ham croquettes
• Patatas bravas
• Spanish tortilla
• Peppers stuffed with chorizo, manchego and rice
• Sherry and chilli wings
• Andalusian tomato bread
