No previous experience required must be 16+
Sieve weigh and prove your way to success with our easy to follow recipes and have something to take home with you to enjoy.
Covering – short crust, sweet, puff and choux plus basic bread products – loaves, rolls
Advanced baking Flavoured breads
Participants 16 + .
Class will finish at 20:30 to facilitate clean down. Aprons will be provided along with equipment and ingredients.
Some bread doughs will take longer to prove so some breads will be made using a pre made dough and the cooked bread taken home and participants will take the dough they make home to freeze or bake at home
