Our Summer Wine & Food Pairing programme is designed for wine lovers and food enthusiasts who want to understand the interaction between food and wine, the challenges that affect food and wine matching, all in order to be confident when choosing a wine.
Entry Requirements
No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience and you must be 19+
Content
Course includes the following content:
• The art of wine tasting
• Food and wine pairing basics
• Understanding a label, selecting wine
• Creating a wine collection, storing wine
• Serving and enjoying wine
Wine pairing with:
• Wine with fish
• Wine with meat
• Wine with cheese
• Wine with vegetarian food
• Wine with chocolate

Practical sessions, all ingredients, a skills booklet, and apron. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
