Entry Requirements

This course is suitable for learners aged 19+ who do not currently have a full level 2 qualification.

Content

Heathy eating:

• What’s in the foods you eat?
• How much is too much? Eating a balanced diet.
• Reading recipes
• Food groups
• Calorie counting

Meal planning and budgeting:

• How to meal plan
• How to avoid wasted food
• Budgeting and shopping carefully

Assessment

Learning checks and skills audit throughout the course.
