This is an exclusive programme for aspiring young chefs and catering professionals to learn contemporary cooking and hospitality skills, whilst being mentored by Michelin Star-winning Chef, Aiden Byrne.

You will study on a full-time programme, combining practical work with related theory in food preparation and cooking. On successful completion of the programme, you will go on to a guaranteed apprenticeship in your chosen field.

High quality employers have already been sourced to provide eventual apprenticeships. You will be matched to your eventual employer during your full-time programme and will work with them throughout.
