A Customer Service Apprenticeship is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Whislt completing this apprenticeship, you will learn how to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and respond to enquiries and concerns in a professional, friendly and empathetic manner. You will also develop essential communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, giving you the confidence to manage a wide range of customer interactions across different industries and environments.
A Customer Service Specialist is a highly skilled professional who provides direct support to customers across a wide range of sectors and organisations. They act as advocates of excellent customer service, confidently handling complex enquiries, technical issues, complaints and requests with professionalism and expertise.
During this apprenticeship, you will develop the skills needed to succeed in a customer focused role. You will learn how to gather and analyse customer data, use organisational and industry standard IT systems effectively, and deliver high quality service that enhances customer satisfaction and supports business success.
A full-time job – all Apprentices are employed by a company where they will gain hands-on experience and expertise
Qualification – the apprentice will also study for a qualification at the same time as working. They may come into College once a week or they may study completely in the workplace.
Salary – An apprentice earns a salary. Like any type of job role, the amount of money earned will depend on the employer.
Apprenticeships can be delivered through a variety of methods including a blend of one-to-one support, online training, College workshops and self-directed study. We will work with you and your employer to develop an individualised learning plan that works for you.

To be recognised as an apprentice you must be employed for a minimum of 30 hours per-week.
