College Bus Travel Costs

The subsidised cost of college bus travel for the 2026/27 academic year is £400.

Students who qualify for the College Bursary are entitled to free college bus travel.

Students who are paying for the college bus can either:

  • pay the full £400 at enrolment, or
  • spread the cost over two instalments:
    • £250 in September
    • £150 in February

All students, including those returning to College, must apply for college transport each academic year.

Bus travel application links will be sent once students have completed their enrolment preparation forms. Once a student's application has been approved, payment can be made and a bus pass will be issued at the start of term.

Students must present a valid bus pass each time they travel.

Public Service Travel

Please note that where the College provides a bus route for your area, this is the only service that will be subsidised. No transport support is available for students who live within three miles of the College.

Transport information is correct for the 2026/27 academic year. However, routes and pick-up points may change to meet operational requirements.
