A Property Maintenance Apprenticeship is ideal for those interested in building a career in property maintenance and facilities management.
As an apprentice, you will develop the skills needed to carry out day to day maintenance tasks, ensuring a range of properties are kept in a safe, functional and well maintained condition. Key responsibilities include completing routine maintenance and minor planned and reactive repair work.
A Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship is designed to provide individuals with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of woodworking.
During the apprenticeship, individuals will learn essential techniques for shaping, assembling and installing wooden structures and furniture. They will also gain practical experience by using various tools and materials, while also understanding how to interpret and follow construction plans.
During a Level 3 Craft Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship, you will work with wood-based materials and associated products to create and install complex building components. A Fitted Interiors Installer is responsible for managing and coordinating the installation of bespoke fitted interiors.
During a Fitted Interiors Installer apprenticeship, key responsibilities include interpreting technical plans, carrying out pre-installation surveys, adapting designs to meet functional requirements, preparing workspaces for the assembly and installation of fitted furniture, and preparing furniture components for assembly. Apprentices will also learn how to work accurately from designs and specifications while assembling and installing fitted furniture to a high professional standard on site.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will learn how to construct and repair walls, chimneys and other structures using bricks, blocks and a range of masonry materials, while developing a strong understanding of health and safety practices on site.
