Interested in a rewarding career in Human Resources? A Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship could be the perfect place to start.
During this apprenticeship, you will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to support a range of HR tasks. You will learn how to manage day to day queries, contribute to key HR processes and provide effective support and guidance to colleagues across the business. You will also gain experience using HR systems to maintain accurate records and provide relevant information, helping to support organisational decision making.
Working closely with Human Resources and business specialists, the key role of a Learning and Development Practitioner is to identify, design and deliver training that meets the needs of people within an organisation.
Whilst completing the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship, you will develop the skills and knowledge required to identify learning and training needs, design or source appropriate solutions and deliver and evaluate training effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders and business area managers, building strong collaboration skills and developing your understanding of business and commercial environments.
People Professionals work across a wide range of sectors and organisations of all sizes, playing a key role in supporting business success by driving the people agenda.
During a Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship, you will develop the knowledge and skills needed to support key HR functions across an organisation. You will gain an understanding of both internal and external data sources used in people management, as well as how people systems are applied to add value to business operations. You will also build practical skills in maintaining up to date people policies, supporting the implementation of developments in people practice and contributing to the planning and delivery of annual people strategies and projects.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will develop a strong understanding of business principles, including an organisation’s vision, mission, values, strategy, plans and key stakeholders. You will learn how learning and development functions are structured to meet business needs, as well as how to collect and analyse data to identify learning requirements. You will also explore how internal information systems can be used to support learning and understand the role they play in shaping effective training and development within an organisation.
A full-time job – all Apprentices are employed by a company where they will gain hands-on experience and expertise
Qualification – the apprentice will also study for a qualification at the same time as working. They may come into College once a week or they may study completely in the workplace.
Salary – An apprentice earns a salary. Like any type of job role, the amount of money earned will depend on the employer.
Apprenticeships can be delivered through a variety of methods including a blend of one-to-one support, online training, College workshops and self-directed study. We will work with you and your employer to develop an individualised learning plan that works for you.
