Advice, support and information around mental health issues including self-harm. Mind do not have a crisis helpline to support individuals who are actively suicidal and in crisis. Mind also have a legal advice line in England and Wales. Both helplines available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
If you're struggling with suicidal thoughts, CALM can help you.
There's always a reason to stay. Talk to us to find the support you need to feel better.
Their helpline is open 5pm - midnight every day.
