Looking After Yourself This Festive Season

The festive season can be a joyful time, but it can also bring challenges.

It’s normal to feel a range of emotions and sometimes the extra pressures at this time of year can feel overwhelming.

We encourage you to take care of your wellbeing. Here are some ideas to help:

  • Pause and recharge: Spend time doing something you enjoy or take a moment for yourself to unwind.
  • Set your own pace: It’s OK to say no to activities if you’re not feeling up to them.
  • Stay connected: If you need someone to talk to, reach out to a trusted friend or family member.

Below are some resources and useful helplines to support you during this time.
