This course is ideal for those who want to pursue a career as an electrician.
There are no specific entry requirements however, you will need a good understanding of maths.
The course is designed to give you a basic insight into working in the electrical industry. It will give you the basic hand skills necessary to carry out small electrical tasks. At the end of the course you will have learnt basic electrical processes and operations including:
• Health and safety within the industry
• Hand tool operations
• Connecting flex to common apparatus
• Cutting, being, joining and threading conduit
• Installing one way lighting circuits
