This course will allow you to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the Construction trade covering a wide range of skills in plumbing.
You will be required to supply your own safety shoes and suitable work clothing.
There are no entry requirements for this adult course.
The course covers the following:
Phase 1: Health and safety whilst using flammable gasses.
Phase 2: Connecting plastic pipe to various accessories.
Phase 3: Cutting, bending and soldering copper pipe.
Phase 4: repair and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Both Practical assessment and paper-based exams are to be completed to show your knowledge within the area.
