Our Pathways Learning courses are designed to prepare you for further learning, as well as helping you to develop the fundamental work skills that today’s employers are looking for.
Learning in a typical classroom setting can often prove to be a difficult challenge for some people to overcome. Here at Macclesfield College, our team of expert teachers understand this and deliver wide-ranging, diverse pathways learning courses in a safe and highly supportive environment. Both courses on offer incorporate a high level of hands-on and practical work, complemented by external trips, in order to maximise your learning experience.

On successful achievement of the Level 1 Introductory Certificate in Vocational Studies and the Entry Level 3 Certificate in Entry to Vocational Study, you may wish to apply to study a specific vocational Level 1, or Level 2 qualification.
Alternatively, you could move into a supported internship role or apply for employment within a specific vocational sector, or an Apprenticeship, here at Macclesfield College.
