What our
colleagues say
Macclesfield College is a wonderful teaching institution to work for. I feel valued, appreciated and empowered by the team. Management are always available to listen to all members of staff which is vital in the learning environment.
My whole experience working at the college has been a very positive one and I feel very valued as a member of staff. My skill set has grown immensely and I have had some great opportunities to further my leadership and management skills.
I’ve been working at Macclesfield College for over 11 years, starting as an apprentice and growing with the college ever since. The college community is welcoming and supportive, creating a friendly environment where people genuinely look out for each other. Collaboration is a big part of our culture and everyone is committed to helping students succeed. I enjoy being part of the team and take pride in the work we do together.
The welfare role is a new role designed to support students in college, this is extremely rewarding, but also a challenging service, which ultimately assists in in the development and success of the students.
We have worked at the college for a number of years and seen the development and growth of students and college coming to life with enthusiasm and commitment to support students and staff.
